The Free and Reduced-Price Breakfast and Lunch Program forms are available! Every student should return a form for the 2008-2009 school year during the respective orientation day, but no later than September 26.

Fall ACT Test Prep Offered to Juniors and Seniors
Seniors who are preparing for the October 25 ACT Retake may be interested in Revolution Prep, a company that has joined forces with Von Steuben for test preparation. Test prep classes begin September 13.

Junior and Seniors internship and scholarship opportunity
Attention juniors and seniors:
Those students that are currently serving in an elected or selected capacity in student government such as: Class officer, student council, Student representative to the school board and are interested in studying government in college are eligible for an amazing internship and scholarship opportunity.
The 47th Annual United States Senate Youth Program is accepting application for a week program in Washington, D.C. the week of March 7th-14th, 2009. Those students chosen will immerse themselves in Washinton activities throughout the week, working with Senators, cabinet members, and other government officials.
There is also a $5,000 scholarship for those accepted into the program.
If you are interested and meet the qualifications come to the counseling office and ask your counselor for an application. The deadline to apply is October 3rd.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania in conjunction with the Robert E Cook Honors College will be hosting a Summer Honors Program for those high school students who have a passion for learning and has a desire to contribute to a community of scholars.
